1. How long will it take to receive my order?
On average, it takes 7-10 business days to receive your order.  Some items are shipped earlier. Please note that business days do not include Saturday, Sunday, and regulatory Holiday's.  We have had a tremendous amount of orders and this is why our shipping times are how they are. We will soon be shipping faster than ever.

2. It has been longer than the shipping estimate and I have not received tracking information. What is going on?
You will receive tracking information in due time.  Understand that any testimonial on our site are from real customers. During the holidays we especially suffer significant delays and thank you for your patience during these times.Products take approximately 7 - 10 business days after payment is received to arrive at your door. However sometimes there are delays,All we ask is patience as even if they are late they deliver- and this happens specially when shipping internationally .

3. How can I see the tracking number of my order?

To check your order status, simply visit our tracking page and enter your Order Number ID ,you will see your tracking number right beside your order number,  Please allow up to 48 hours to update your tracking information on our website.

4. Can I exchange or return my product after receiving it?
Should you receive the incorrect size, you may return the item within 10 days of receiving it. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item prior to any returns so we can provide the correct instructions on returning the item.

Should you receive an item with a defect or damage, you must contact us within 5 days and provide a digital picture of the item received.

Unacceptable reasons for an exchange: colors of the shoes are darker/lighter than pictured, shoes had minor color differences from the picture, shoes do not fit (due in part of error by the customer), "I would rather have a different shoe", received a half size larger.

5. Do you accept credit card payments?
Yes, we currently accept credit card  and money order  payments(for outside canada customer, please use International Money Order).

All the prices listed on our website are US Dollars( US currency).

6. Do you ship to International locations ?

Yes. We currently ship to many international locations.

7. What's your  100%  money back guarantee policy?

We provide a 100% money back  guarantee on all  purchase . Please understand that shoes are shipped directly from third party warehouses. We make most effort  to only work with accredited and licensed warehouses, however if in case you think the merchandise you received may not be authentic, we simply ask you  to return them to us for a full refund. 

8. What are the sizes of your shoes?
All of our shoes are in US Men's Size.

9. How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flate rate charge of $12  per item.
